Cacti Clean was founded in June 2023. We specialize in providing general residential cleans, end-of-lease cleans, and commercial cleans. As a small cleaning business, we proudly serve Brisbane.
We use eco-friendly, low-toxic products.
General cleaning is offered weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as a one-off service, with a minimum duration of 2:30 hours.
Tasks include disinfecting surfaces, dusting, mirror cleaning, kitchen and bathroom surface cleaning, along with disinfecting the shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. Additionally, vacuuming and mopping of floors are included.
Yes, tasks such as laundry, ironing, and organizing incur an extra cost and require additional allocated time.
Our office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.
If you wish to postpone, reschedule, or specify a timeframe, please notify us via phone or email at least 48 hours prior to the service. For bond cleaning and spring cleans, a 30% deposit is required one week before the service begins. This deposit is fully refundable up to 48 hours before the service.
We provide an invoice via email and accept payment through bank transfer and cash.
