Terms and Conditions
General Clean
Our general clean service is available weekly, fortnightly, monthly, or as a one-off with a minimum booking duration of 2:30 hours. We may require extra time for the first clean and will advise if initial required time is sufficient or the extra time will need to be going forward.
When your booking is confirmed we will allocate a cleaner for you. We aim to always send the same person to do the cleaning, however for many reasons, this may not always be possible. In that case we will let you as soon as we can.
Included Tasks: – Disinfecting surfaces, dusting, and mirrors – Cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces, including disinfecting the shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet. Please advise of any special surfaces if they require a specific type of product. Cacti Clean will not be liable for any damages if we are not advised of these requirements. – Vacuuming and mopping the floors
Additional housekeeping tasks (bedding, laundry, ironing, organizing) are available at an extra cost and time.
Spring Cleans
Comprehensive top-to-bottom cleaning of the property, including dusting, window cleaning, surface cleaning, kitchen cleaning, bathroom cleaning, and living areas.

Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
Cancellation Policy
Changes or cancellations must be communicated via phone or email at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Otherwise 1 hour of cancelation fee will be charged.
For bond cleaning and spring cleans, a 30% deposit is required one week before the service starts. Full refund available up to 48 hours prior to the service.
Payment terms
Invoices provided via email.
Payment accepted through bank transfer and cash.
Payment terms will show on your invoice. Generally it is 2 days from invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments will incur a $0.55 INC GST fee per day.
No show fee
If cleaning is confirmed and the cleaner cannot access your house at the day of cleaning we will charge 50% of the time the cleaning was suppose to take. This is to cover travel time and other fees.
Prices
All prices are inclusive of GST. Please note that we have a minimum booking of 2.5 hours. However on the first clean we may need to book extra time.
Day of clean
Please let us know if you leave a key out or have a lockbox with a code. If that is the case and the key is not left where advised we will charge a no show fee.
If client is supposed to be at home and is not we may charge for the waiting time accordingly.
If you have pets and require them to be either outdoors or indoor, please let us know, however keep in mind that we are not pet sitters, therefore are not responsible for any other duties related to your pet.
Using clients equipment
Please let us know if you would prefer us to use your vacuum and mop or any specific products.
If we use your equipment we are not responsible for maintaining it.

100% satisfaction guarantee applies within 24 hours of the service. For any issues after 24 hours Cacti Clean will not be responsible.
